Shipping policy

Drinkcold is a company dedicated to providing you with high-quality beer and other alcoholic beverages in collaboration with a company of social reintegration. In order to do this, we decided that it would be simpler for us to send parcels to you once a week so that the products do not have to be transferred to different shipping zones. We can change this measure and set shorter deadlines if YOU take part in this adventure with us.

All orders placed before Tuesday (12AM) will be normally delivered the next day. All orders placed after Tuesday (12AM), will be considered for receipt on Wednesday of the following week. We guarantee adequate packaging with tailor-made boxes, also designed by Polyval, to protect your shipment from possible damage. We retain the right to send parcels on Wednesday morning with delivery on Thursday if our teams are overwhelmed by orders. All orders have a tracking code and you will be notified once your orders have been dispatched. 

We guarantee that the various beers are imported at a temperature not exceeding 4°C and are stored, after receipt, between 2°C and 4°C in refrigerated chambers until the day of dispatch.
